I am assistant professor at department of Social Policy and Social Work, Faculty of Social Studies, which is faculty of Masaryk University in Brno and a researcher at Research Institute for Labour and Social Affairs (national public research institute). I finished my Ph.D. in Social Policy and Social Work in 2008. My professional interests are in the social policy and especially in the social policy measures connected to the labour market (active labour marker policy, social protection, labour market regimes). My other interests are in organizational research. I have participated in several national as well as international projects e.g. Social Experimentation for Active Ageing (PROGRESS), NeuJobs (EU seventh framework programme) and CITISPYCE (EU seventh framework programme).
