About

I have a master degree (2007) and a PhD degree (2013), both in sociology and from the University of National and World Economy (UNWE), Sofia, Bulgaria. In my occupational life, I have switched between applied social researches (from 2006 at Institute for Social Surveys and Marketing) and teaching at universities (UNWE – since 2011 and Plovdiv University “Paisii Hilendarski” – since 2009). I have auditorium (lectures and seminars) with students in BA and MA, in the following courses: “Quantitative and qualitative methods”, “Cognitive capabilities of different methods of registration in the study of discrete social problems”, “Data Analysis”,”Marketing Research”,”Internet studies”, “Economic sociology” and “Applied sociology”. Currently, I am a senior research associate at the Institute for the Study of the Societies and Knowledge at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences (ISSK-BAS). At the mean time, I am a team member of the national correspondent for Bulgaria for the European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions (Eurofound) at Consortium IR Share/ ISSK-BAS. I have rich experience of survey and evaluation work for different ministries, municipalities, etc. in Bulgaria.
